Event Layout:

• Each vendor will submit via Dropbox one prerecorded 5-10 minute presentation which should include a PowerPoint accompanied by audio (vendors will be encouraged to record their presentation through Zoom which we will then air live during a predetermined time slot)
• Each vendor is encouraged to have a representative present at the time of their presentation to take questions directly following their video. Attendees will be encouraged to ask questions that will be collected and forwarded to vendors to allow for further engagement after the events conclusion.
