The California Society for Respiratory Care – San Diego Region (CSRC-SDR) is pleased to invite industry partners to exhibit at our annual Day at the Races Conference, taking place on Friday, August 28, 2026, at the iconic Del Mar Thoroughbred Club in Del Mar, California.

This unique educational event brings together approximately 150 respiratory therapists, managers, educators, and students for a day of continuing education, networking, and industry engagement. Hosted in a private skybox overlooking the racetrack, attendees enjoy a one-of-a-kind conference experience that combines professional development with the excitement and tradition of thoroughbred racing.

As an exhibitor, you'll have the opportunity to connect directly with respiratory care professionals from across Southern California in an intimate and highly engaged setting. This year's event features a larger private skybox and outdoor patio dedicated exclusively to exhibitors, creating increased visibility and interaction throughout the day.

To maximize attendee engagement, CSRC-SDR will once again feature an interactive exhibitor challenge, encouraging participants to visit every booth for a chance to earn prizes and continuing education credit.

Exhibit Space Information

Exhibit space is limited to eight (8) tables and is expected to sell out quickly.

7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Move-In:
Exhibitor setup begins at 6:45 a.m.

Upon arrival, exhibitors must check in with Amanda Albee prior to booth setup. Table locations will be assigned in advance. If you have placement requests, please submit them as early as possible.
