  • I can’t log into my online profile to retrieve my certificate. I did not receive an email with instructions on how to retrieve my Certificate from the event I attended. Click on this link to login page for the online platform.
  • My license number is incorrect or, my name is miss-spelled on the certificate. Support email – [email protected] Abila support phone number 866/702-3278 (EST)
  • The certificate does not have a breakdown of leadership/clinical from the Tahoe Conference. How is the RCB going to know what the CEs are for? An agenda has been provided under “Materials” on the Abila website. Print the agenda and staple to your certificate for your files.

  • Where can I get CE for my license renewal? Explain the new regulations for the RCB for CEs. Licensing questions – refer to the RCB website at www.rcb.ca.gov they can click on “License Search” Do a search on “License Type” click on “Respiratory Care Board/Respiratory Care Practitioner, type in License Number or First and Last Name.
  • I would like to apply for CEs for our facility. Link to application - https://csrc.memberclicks.net/csrc-application-for-live-events-home CE program numbers are approved by the education committee. Please complete the application online and someone from the education committee will reach out to you.
