Mike West Golf TournamentThe AARC established in 2012, a memorial award named for Mike West. He recognized the importance of educating patients to help them manage chronic pulmonary diseases, and the profound impact such self-management has on patients’ quality of life. The CRCF honors Mike’s contributions to the Respiratory Community with a fund-raising golf tournament in conjunction with the CSRC Annual Convention. This is held at a local golf course near the convention site, most often the day prior to the state of the convention. Proceeds from the Mike West Golf Tournament are used by the CRCF for its ongoing philanthropic activities RCP #10024 *Please note: All of the state awards can be applied for on the same application.
