What is the CSRC Lungevity registration cancellation policy?
California Society for Respiratory Care refund policy: Full refunds less 20% for administrative fee will be honored on or up to ten business days prior to the event. No refunds after ten business days prior to event date including non-attendance. Continuing Education certificate provided by the CSRC upon completion of post-event evaluation.
