FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What should I wear?
During the day, anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.

Where is the 2026 Annual Conference located?
This year’s Conference will be held at the Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, CA. Please click here for directions.

How many credits can I earn at the meeting?
CSRC has designed the program to meet the requirements for credits. Due to concurrent sessions, attendees can earn a maximum of credits.

Does CSRC report my credits?
CSRC will report all credits to AARC. To receive credit, you must complete the Program Evaluation and Learner Assessment survey, which will be sent to you electronically after the event.

How do I confirm hotel reservations?
CSRC has secured a discounted room rate of $189/night plus tax. For reservations, please reserve using this link or call and mention the California State Respiratory Care Association to receive the special rate.

When is the hotel room block discount cut-off date?
The cut-off date is Tuesday, March 3, 2026, or until the room block is sold out. For additional information, please review the hotel information listed above.

What's the parking situation?
Hotel offers complimentary self-parking for attendees staying on property.

What is the CSRC registration cancellation policy?
CSRC will give a refund less a $75 processing fee will be given for full or daily cancellations received by April 7, upon written request. After April 7, or for no-shows at the meeting, NO refund will be given. Cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail to [email protected].

By registering to participate in 2026 CSRC Annual Conference, you agree to abide by the CSRC Terms and Conditions, and you understand that anyone engaged in unacceptable behavior is subject to expulsion from the event, in CSRC’s sole discretion, without refund.
